1. Introduction

Welcome to Miles Web Design.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions relating to website design, website support, and ongoing website care services.

2. Website Projects

All website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before the final website launch and transfer.

Project timelines may vary depending on communication, revisions, and content provided by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Supplying required content, images, and branding materials
  • Reviewing and approving website work before launch
  • Maintaining access to third-party accounts where applicable

4. Revisions & Additional Work

Reasonable minor revisions are included during the project process.

Major redesigns, additional pages, advanced functionality, or work outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.

5. Website Care Plans

Website care plans include ongoing maintenance services such as updates, backups, monitoring, and small website edits depending on the selected plan.

Care plans are optional and can be cancelled at any time unless otherwise agreed.

No long-term contracts are required.

6. Hosting & Domains

Where applicable, Miles Web Design may assist with domain registration, hosting setup, and technical configuration.

Clients remain the rightful owner of their domain and website assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party hosting or domain provider pricing may change independently and is outside the control of Miles Web Design.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miles Web Design takes reasonable steps to maintain website security, updates, and uptime where ongoing care plans are active.

However, no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted at all times.

Miles Web Design shall not be held liable for:

  • Security breaches
  • Cyber attacks
  • Data loss
  • Hosting outages
  • Third-party software failures
  • Service interruptions outside reasonable control

8. Payments

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay may result in delays, paused work, suspension of services, or restricted website access where applicable.
